in brazil is called mestico it's only u.s. that does not have a word for it cause of the "one drop rule" but yes they say something like multiracial/biracial now a days

US and Canada uses the term multiracial, not mestizo.

It should be noted that the word "Mestizo" is a term used in regards to mixed--race Hispanic or Latino individuals. The word is not used among the mixed--race descendants of the North American Indian tribes, or in the United States cultural environment.

i live in mexico, i am near the usa though. yes people in the us are a bit obsessed on this issue

Porque la palabra mestizo significa: Mezcla de 2 razas diferentes. La acepocion de la epoca colonial de español-indigena esta en desuso, ahora un mestizo es una persona mitad arabe-indigena, negro-blanco, blanco-judio, etc, Sambos y mulatos dentran en la denominacion actual de mestizo. Y en este caso enfoque el video a la herencia nativoamericana, y la gente afroamericana de este video, tiene herencia indigena. La finalidad es resaltar la herencia INIDGENA. :D
